Unpublished archive! Relive the first years of Double Fond with this show played by Dominique Duvivier in 1995. Imagine: the theatre has existed for barely ten years and already all the special atmosphere of this unique place is there. A wildly enthusiastic audience, cascading laughter and of course close-up magic in real and fully staged shows! For us, it is a lot of emotion to see these images again...  

Among all the traditions of the Double Fond, there is one that is very important to us: the shows in which the entire troupe participates. You will discover here the beginning of the show " Ouketi Ouketi " created in 2015, entirely written on the theme of the three-card monte and in which, therefore, the whole team participated: you will see here Alexandra and Dominique Duvivier, Quoc Tien Tran, Adeline Galland, Sophie Nguyen, Jean-Pierre Crispon, Philippe de Perthuis and Cédric Reimon.  

A card, sandwiched between two red kings, is signed and then lost in the deck of cards. This one is found in impossible conditions, but the craziest is the end! Go and discover it! Several cards chosen by a spectator are mysteriously teleported, one by one, from the deck onto the table! Each time, the card is clearly shown in the middle of the deck, then without any suspicious additional gesture, we see that it is no longer there, but appears on the table! Terribly baffling.  

A few preliminary remarks to explain to you the "spirit" in which we carried out the filming. Then the trick: it's a "Tsunami" of madness! Three cards are chosen successively in truly impossible conditions, and lost again in the same way. However, despite these "laboratory conditions", these cards are found by the magician!  

One of Boris Wild's favorite routines that combines "Triumph", "All Backs" and " Wild Card". A real act in itself with a very visual musical finale and a stunning climax!  

Any Card At Any Number (ACAAN): The freely chosen card ends up at the number designated by the spectator. A killer version of David Berglas' mythical effect!  

The magician "marks" and isolates the card freely chosen by a spectator by clipping a paper clip on it. Despite these laboratory conditions, this card, placed in the middle of the deck, mysteriously rises to the top, and then transforms in the spectator's hands. The effect is extremely baffling and very visual.  

All choices are made by the spectator in a clear and unambiguous manner. The spectator determines a "virtual" card and a number. The cards are dealt one by one and when the number is reached... the card has now become "real"! The trick is completely automatic. Great Max Maven!  

The spectator freely determines a card by drawing a picture of it. While the conditions of the choices are perfectly clear, the chosen card ends up being the only face up card among all the face down cards!  

In this trick, each card represents a horse. The spectator determines a quadfecta; there are 6,500,000 possible quadfectas for a race with 52 horses. However, four blank cards that represent the magician's fleeting thoughts will materialize into each of the cards in the quadfecta in their order of arrival!  

The spectator chooses a card under impossible conditions. Then he takes five cards out of the deck (including the chosen card), as if each of them were his card. He will have lied four times. Despite these extreme conditions, the magician, acting as a real live lie detector, will find the chosen card!  

A card is chosen from a regular deck and then found under impossible conditions. Discover quickly a new secret method and how to perform the Peek technique invisibly. It's so ingenious !  

This is the "remastered" version of the "Classic Signed Card", which you can see and learn more about on this site. The chosen card, signed by a member of the audience, is lost in the deck. Incredible as it may seem, it is the spectator himself who will find his own card in the face down deck! To re-materialize this card, the spectator simply makes a magic pass over the deck and the signed card reappears face up in the middle of the deck. The magician then turns the other cards over and to his amazement, they are now all completely white! In this + version of the routine, all the cards are given out for examination at the end, which was not the case in the "classic" version.
