One of the colored is freely chosen by a spectator. The corresponding ring is mysteriously imprisoned on a small magic wand that has been placed through the pagoda!  

The magician shows a piece of paper folded in four: this is his prediction. The deck is handed out for examination. The spectator shuffles it, cuts it, chooses a card, and returns it to the deck, all under laboratory conditions. The prediction is revealed: it says “Seven of Diamonds.” The spectator is astonished, as it is not his card. “But I didn't say it would be YOUR card. It's MY prediction card!” The magician then spells out “Seven of Diamonds,” placing one card per letter... the last card is the spectator's! Success is guaranteed with this true miracle! NOTE : Dominique explains the trick with the 4 of Diamonds, which of course works in French, but not in English; you have to perform the trick with the 7 of Diamonds, which spells with the right number of letters. A prediction deck is handed to a first spectator beforehand. The magician now writes a prediction on a piece of cardboard. In another deck, a second spectator chooses a card. The magician shows his prediction... he has written a number, for example 38. The prediction deck is now taken out, and  38 cards are counted... the last one turns out to be the spectator's card! The magician displays eight cards, each with six words, for a total of 48 different words. While the magician's back is turned, the spectator freely chooses a card, and a word on the card. The words are written in either black or red. The spectator says the colors of the six words written on the card, but must lie about the color of the word he has chosen. Without further information, the magician guesses the word thought up by the spectator! The effect can be repeated immediately. Several spectators can each choose a card (up to eight spectators... since there are eight cards) and you can guess the words chosen one after the other! This trick will make you look like a math wizard! The audience gives you a SIX-digit number, which you write down on a notepad. Without hesitation, you then write three more numbers underneath, and ask a member of the audience to use the calculator on their smartphone to multiply these three numbers together... and of course, the result is the six-digit number given by the spectator! Easy to do, extremely intriguing! A guaranteed hit!
