Two cards are chosen, and lost in the deck. The cards are clearly shuffled, half face up, half face down. A magic pass... and all the cards turn face down, except the two chosen cards! A blank card lays on the table at the beginning of the trick. The deck is displayed, and shuffled by taking half the cards face up, the other half face down. The spectator freely chooses one of the face-down cards. A magic pass, and the deck is spread out on the table: all the cards are now face up, except for one which is face down: it's the chosen card! The blank card is turned face up: it's the same card as the chosen one! New magic pass: all the backs of the cards of the deck are now blank! Success guaranteed! Dominique Duvivier's version of David Solomon's trick. The Ace of Spades (the Leader Ace) is set aside on the table. The other Aces, placed one by one into a small packet of four cards, disappear one by one to join the Leader Ace. Then the Aces "really" disappear: they become blank... along with all the other cards in the deck! An “Ace Leader” routine unlike any other since the Aces are represented by four 8 of Spades, and the indifferent cards by Jokers. The 8s join the "8 Leader" one by one, and at the end, the four 8 of Spades transform into four Aces, thus fully justifying the name of the trick as "Ace Leader"!
