A trick you can ideally perform during a meal, for example. Small pieces of paper, stuck on the blade of a knife, appear and disappear at your will. A great classic of impromptu magic.  

The deck is shuffled beforehand by a spectator. A card is placed face down on the table: this is the prediction card. Three piles of cards are freely determined by the spectator. The top card of the first packet is turned over: it is, for example, a 4; the prediction card is shown: it is also a 4! And that's precisely how many spectators there are in your audience! The first cards of the two other piles are turned over: these are the two missing 4s! You have understood that if you had a different number of spectators, for example eight, you would get a four of a kind with 8s. Success guaranteed! An impromptu trick par excellence: how to make a coin enclosed in a piece of paper disappear. This great classic is performed without any sleight of hand, and with the most ordinary props: a piece of paper, and a coin.  

One card is freely chosen, and can even be signed. This card is visibly inserted into the middle of the deck... and mysteriously rises to the top! The effect is repeated several times, under more and more impossible conditions, ending with a quite visual and incomprehensible rise to the top! A great classic of card magic. Guaranteed effect! It's just a gag, a surprise, to slip in when you feel like it... always ready, no reset, but a nice recipe. You produce a slice of sausage from a spectator’s pocket! Then you bite into it, you eat the end... zut! There is pepper! You blow towards the slice, which is restored... and you put it back in the spectator's pocket. That's all: no flap, or rubber band that breaks. Ideal in cocktail conditions.

Sefalaljia is the close-up version of the "Spirit Cabinet" routine designed by Stewart James. Gaetan Bloom has revisited the principle by including his famous "Bloom Touch": the "cabinet" is a simple cardboard box that he hands out for examination. Different "spirit" phenomena happen to various objects while they are isolated inside the box: - A borrowed ring is threaded onto a cord. - A small rugby ball, placed inside the box, mysteriously comes to life. How to win a bet in a fun way, with a playing card and a coin!  

The magician gives a folded paper to the spectator: this is his prediction. He will invite the spectator to make an imaginary trip: the latter takes out of a purse various virtual (and therefore invisible!) coins from different countries of the world. He chooses the country of origin of each coin. Then he chooses one of them, and flips it. The prediction is then read: the magician has not only predicted which coin it is, but also if it fell on the heads or tails side! A completely impromptu trick... really crazy!  

Two metal cups are displayed. The magician magically makes one cup pass through the other. The illusion is stunning! This is a perfect introduction to your cups and balls routine.  

How to hold two coins on top of each other by the edge! A magical "incongruity"!  

The four aces are clearly scattered in different parts of the deck of cards. The magician makes it clear that they are neither on top nor on the bottom of the deck. Yet, in the blink of an eye, the Aces gather on top of the deck. The trick is repeated, but this time the Aces gather on the bottom of the deck. Olivier Bridard shares one of his first magical emotions, which his father, an amateur magician, gave him when he was 6/7 years old. A spoon, wrapped in a napkin, turns into a knife, and reappears under the napkin! The knife is in turn wrapped in the napkin, and it disappears... to reappear under the napkin! Finally, a large bottle is produced from under the napkin! The ideal trick at the end of a meal!
