Fascinated by magic and comedy since his childhood, Philippe knew how to follow his instinct which guided him in the world of the show: he is passionate, a real one, who goes to the end and he did well! As soon as the café-theater opened, he threw himself wholeheartedly into the adventure of the Double Fond to become one of its most indispensable elements.

As a professor of magic comedy, Philippe de Perthuis has no equal for bringing his theatrical experience to the magic stage, for the search for characters and scenarios, in the service of magical effects.

Whether in the art of mentalism, close up or parlour magic, Philippe de Perthuis has become a key player in today's magic. He is also one of the pillars of the teaching team of the Double Fond school, within the framework of the 1st Diploma of Magic (two-year university degree), recognized by the Ministry of Labour in France.
