The "exact" protocol of the "Collectors" principle as taught to Dominique by Derek Dingle is scrupulously respected here, namely: - The four Aces are placed face up aside at the beginning off the trick. - Three cards are chosen, and are lost in the deck. - The four Aces are put on top of the deck. - And without shuffling or any other manipulation, the Aces "collect" the chosen cards, i.e. they are found face down in between the four face up aces! A direct Ace Assembly... with a surprising climax! The four aces are displayed in a row on the table. Three indifferent cards are shown, and placed on top of the Leader Ace. Instantly, the Aces are shown to have gathered together with this leader Ace... and when these Aces are displayed on the table, a King is revealed... the other three cards are then turned face up to reveal a four of a kind in Kings: there are no more Aces, nor any other cards! And the icing on the cake is that these four kings are instantly transformed back into four aces! Everything is handed out for examination... a true miracle! Another visual curiosity, designed by Dominique Duvivier in 2003 based on an effect by Edward Marlo. The magician cuts the deck into four piles, and the four Aces that have been previously set aside are clearly put down on top of each pile. Four thieves, symbolized by the Aces, pass one by one through the deck, then when they are caught by the gendarmes (symbolized by the cards in the rest of the deck), vanish... and gather in the packet chosen by the spectator! The saga of the gendarmes and the thieves, "Renélys style"!

An “Ace Leader” routine unlike any other since the Aces are represented by four 8 of Spades, and the indifferent cards by Jokers. The 8s join the "8 Leader" one by one, and at the end, the four 8 of Spades transform into four Aces, thus fully justifying the name of the trick as "Ace Leader"!

An ace assembly routine that is a bit peculiar, since aces end up returning to their original place.  

In this routine, we go through the different types of Ace Assemblies. The routine is divided in three steps: Classic Ace Leader, Progressive Assemby and Reverse Assembly. In each step, four packets are made; in each packet, there are three indifferent cards and one Ace. 1- Classic Ace Leader: All the Aces travel instantly in one packet (the Ace Leader packet). 2- Progressive Assembly: The first Ace disappears from the first packet, and is found with the Ace in the second packet. Then the two Aces disappear, and end up with the Ace of the third packet. The process is repeated one last time, and the four Aces are found in the Leader packet! 3- Reverse Assembly: In this variation, we start with a Classic Leader Ace, and for the climax, all Aces mysteriously and instantly travel into their original packet! Guaranteed impact!
