Freddy Fah (1916-1998) is one of the greatest French magicians of the 1950s and one of Dominique Duvivier's mentors. His wife and stage partner, Yvette Fah, made a point of entrusting Dominique Duvivier with some video archives, which you can enjoy exclusively today. Dominique Duvivier himself comments on these very rare images to share with you the thrill he experienced with this exceptional artist.  

Howard Hamburg is a magical legend. Known to be particularly secretive, yet it is with you that he now shares more than 60 years of magical experience. He, who experienced the golden age of the Magic Castle in Hollywood and was a personal friend of Dai Vernon and Charlie Miller, shares many fascinating anecdotes with you. As if you were there! In this episode, he tells you why Dai Vernon always called him Howar! And not Howard!

You are about to discover a tradition of the Double Fond: for many years, all our "event" shows were followed by an informal discussion with the artists. After the curtain fell, the artists would return to the stage to share a simple moment of exchange with the audience. It was a much appreciated moment, which gave everyone the opportunity to ask questions, to glean some professional advice, to learn more about any subject... That's also the magic of the Double Fond! In this case, this discussion took place in 2004 after the show "Intimiste 1" with Dominique Duvivier. After the show, Alexandra had joined her father for this moment of exchange with the audience. Unfortunately the quality of the sound is not good, but the subjects discussed are fascinating. Enjoy the show!

The deck is shuffled by one spectator and one card is chosen by another. When this spectator shuffles again to lose his card, it is clear that a mysterious card is between two red kings! And then you will think: "No! It's not possible! ». Well, "Yes it is!". It is indeed the chosen card: it is no longer in the deck! Dominique Duvivier shares here with you a particularly baffling technique of his own. Even when we see the explanation, we remain amazed!
