A really useful technique, which Dominique uses all the time, because it allows him to obtain sequences, each one more incredible than the other (especially when combined with the Donald Move).  

One of Dominique Duvivier's favourite techniques. It looks like a simple flourish, while it keeps the deck in order. Very effective!  

The magician shows a packet of about 15 cards that he has taken from his deck; the cards are naturally all different. When he ribbon spreads the packet face down, there is one card that has a red back, while the others are blue: it is the 8 of Clubs. The packet is shown face up: there are now only 8s of Clubs! This video is the live version of "Elastic Sandwich" already published on Double Fond TV. The deck is shuffled by a spectator. The two red kings are handed out for examination, joined by a rubber band, and set aside. One card is freely chosen, and placed in the center of the deck. Did you like "Alladin"? You will love " The Transfigured Aces". The four aces turn over mysteriously all at the same time, then each turns over one by one. Then their backs change color, and when you show the faces again, you end up with four Queens! A hell of a small packet trick!  

The chosen card, lost in the deck, ends up in the magician's pocket which was empty. Then the whole deck is teleported into his pocket. Each time, it is the spectator who goes into the pocket, to see that it is empty at the beginning, then goes to look for his own card in the middle of the trick, and the rest of the deck at the end! Ideal in all conditions: close-up, cocktail, parlour and stage!  

Imagine the following technical challenge: how to display 4 backs... ... when you have FOUR of them: no problem ... when you only have THREE of them: Elmsley Count ... when you only have TWO of them: Duvivier 2 for 4 Count ... when you only have ONE of them: Flushtration Count (for example). ... when you have NONE of them: Dominique Duvivier found the solution by creating this trick! The icing on the cake is that the trick is based on an "off the beaten track" scenario! A must... not to be missed under any circumstances!  

A new "killer" version on the theme of "Nervous Breakdown". The magician ribbon spreads a red-backed deck face down on the table. A spectator FREELY chooses one of the cards, which is set aside. Leonardo da Vinci was a painter, inventor, engineer, scientist, humanist, philosopher... he was a universal mind. He was also a visionary. He was an inventor too far ahead of his time for his projects to be realized; he nevertheless recorded them on parchments. Among his more confidential inventions are... playing cards! You are clearly showing front and back cards representing reproductions of secret parchments drawn by Leonardo da Vinci. All these parchments instantly turn into real playing cards, front and back! But this invention remained a secret... that's why these playing cards instantly turn back into parchments!

"Nervous Breakdown" is one of Dominique Duvivier's bestsellers: The spectator has a free choice from among the four kings, and it is shown that this king was predicted in advance. The pitch of the trick is the same, but here the choice is not just from among four cards, but from the whole deck. Yes, the spectator chooses a card freely from among the 52 cards in the deck, and this card was clearly predicted in advance! Success guaranteed!
