The spectator shuffles the deck of cards, which is then ribbon-spread on the table. The magician announces a card "that comes to mind", and asks the spectator to put his finger on top of one card from the spread: this card is turned face up, and is of course the card the magician had designated in advance!

This trick will make you look like a math wizard! The audience gives you a SIX-digit number, which you write down on a notepad. Without hesitation, you then write three more numbers underneath, and ask a member of the audience to use the calculator on their smartphone to multiply these three numbers together... and of course, the result is the six-digit number given by the spectator! Easy to do, extremely intriguing! A guaranteed hit!

The magician displays eight cards, each with six words, for a total of 48 different words. While the magician's back is turned, the spectator freely chooses a card, and a word on the card. The words are written in either black or red. The spectator says the colors of the six words written on the card, but must lie about the color of the word he has chosen. Without further information, the magician guesses the word thought up by the spectator! The effect can be repeated immediately. Several spectators can each choose a card (up to eight spectators... since there are eight cards) and you can guess the words chosen one after the other! Nine coins are displayed on the table in three rows of three. The coins are stacked, and one by one recounted by twirling each one in the air. There are only... not eight, but only seven coins left!

I love this trick, and all its wiliness. It's a dream you had the day before, about a young spectator who is chosen at random from the audience. For 5 minutes, he's going to become the world's greatest young magician, with all kinds of powers! In the end, he'll end up choosing a card in his head... which will be the one written all along on a large slate, covered by a veil, but in full view, all the time! There's as much comedy as a truly magical moment at the end. No electronics! A true « Bloomerie »...
