It is a marvel of a trick, ideal for parlour or stage conditions, and permitting to create a real pandemonium, very playful and with a tremendous end... Beyond the trick, you will see that it is really the play that you set up with the spectators that brings the magic... The magician shows a blue deck and sets it aside : this is the prediction deck. He now displays a red deck, shows that the cards are all different, and a spectator FREELY choose one card. He then takes the blue deck out of its case, and ribbon spreads it on the table: there is a red-backed card among the blue-backed cards... and that card is the same as the chosen card ! The magician gives a folded paper to the spectator: this is his prediction. He will invite the spectator to make an imaginary trip: the latter takes out of a purse various virtual (and therefore invisible!) coins from different countries of the world. He chooses the country of origin of each coin. Then he chooses one of them, and flips it. The prediction is then read: the magician has not only predicted which coin it is, but also if it fell on the heads or tails side! A completely impromptu trick... really crazy!

"Business Card" is one of the great classics of card magic. The pitch is as follows: The magician shows a piece of paper folded in four that he places in side view on the table: this is his prediction. A deck of cards is shuffled. The deck is ribbon spread face down on the table and a spectator places a business card where he wants it (no force). The two cards on either side of the business card are shown; the prediction is opened: both cards are written on it! A "magic" way to hand out your business card ! The magician displays a blue-backed card, and places it aside on the table: this is the "Mystery Card". Two cards are freely chosen from a red-backed deck. These two cards and the "Mystery Card" will transform, transpose and mimic each other in a diabolical ballet! A newspaper prediction, but one which occupies the whole stage, using moreover an unusual accessory, the famous spring which goes down the stairs. A page is freely chosen, the spring is moved across the surface of the page, then dropped at the spectator's command. The spectator chooses a word at this spot... and yes, it's the one on the prediction! A prediction with a spring... that's not common!  

A card is freely chosen, lost in the deck; the deck is enclosed in its case. A silk is handed for examination, and placed on top of the case. Despite these laboratory conditions, the chosen card will disappear from the deck and end up in the folds of the silk!  

The deck is shuffled, four spectators each freely indicate a card in the deck; these cards are isolated in a wallet. The magician shows a prediction, which is signed by a spectator, and puts it in the wallet together with the four chosen cards. The spectator opens the wallet himself, takes out the cards and the prediction, and sees that everything matches! And the icing on the cake, the magician shows that it couldn't have been any other way, since all the other cards in the deck are identical! A great miracle! “The Drink" is one of the tricks that has always fascinated Dominique Duvivier because for him, magic with liquids is very powerful magic, very strong; it is also an excellent mentalism effect. You are going to make your spectators experience a special adventure, a mix of all kinds with several types of effects. A prediction deck (red back) is shuffled. Four cards are chosen from a second deck (blue back) under crazy conditions by four different spectators, while the magician's back is turned. These cards are lost in the deck under equally clear conditions. The magician, "to warm up", starts by finding the four Aces in the blue deck. The cards in the prediction deck are now counted: there are only 48. The four missing cards are the chosen cards, and have mysteriously traveled into the blue deck! And to top it all off, the four Aces from the red deck travel one by one into the magician’s four pockets.! At the end of this routine, both decks are handed out for examination.  

The spectator chooses a card, which is lost in the deck. A magic pass, and a card mysteriously turns up face up in the center of the deck; but against all odds, it is not the one chosen by the spectator: it is the 5 of Hearts. The magician then counts the cards from the 5, and the fifth one turns out to be... the chosen card. A completely automatic trick, but devilishly effective!
