You are going to make your spectators experience a special adventure, a mix of all kinds with several types of effects. A prediction deck (red back) is shuffled. Four cards are chosen from a second deck (blue back) under crazy conditions by four different spectators, while the magician's back is turned. These cards are lost in the deck under equally clear conditions. The magician, "to warm up", starts by finding the four Aces in the blue deck. The cards in the prediction deck are now counted: there are only 48. The four missing cards are the chosen cards, and have mysteriously traveled into the blue deck! And to top it all off, the four Aces from the red deck travel one by one into the magician’s four pockets.! At the end of this routine, both decks are handed out for examination.  

The spectator chooses a card, which is lost in the deck. A magic pass, and a card mysteriously turns up face up in the center of the deck; but against all odds, it is not the one chosen by the spectator: it is the 5 of Hearts. The magician then counts the cards from the 5, and the fifth one turns out to be... the chosen card. A completely automatic trick, but devilishly effective!  

The magician takes the two black kings out of the deck and puts them face up aside on the table. Then he asks a spectator to name any card from the deck, except the two black kings, of course; the choice is completely free. Incredibly, the thought of card is no longer in the deck, it is sandwiched face down between the two face up black kings! A real miracle!  

A succession of predictions with a shuffled deck of alphabet cards. A perfect effect for a finale.  

Physicists have developed “String Theory”: our space-time might not be made of four dimensions, but of 30! The spectator is invited to freely choose one of the dimensions. And from there, we will witness a series of effects in this particular dimension: a card will travel in full view from one packet to another, then we will make a journey in space-time, and finally we will make a non-thought of object travel... but which travels all the same. Quite a program! A routine with many effects out of time... and space!  

The deck is shuffled copiously by the spectator, and then he chooses a card under crazy conditions. However, this card is the mate of the one chosen by the magician (under the same laboratory conditions). And to top it off, it was even predicted in advance by the magician! A real punchy trick !  

The trick is presented as a test to see if the magician and the audience are on the same wavelength! The test will prove that the spectators have lucky hands, this general connection being a good omen for the rest of the show! The magician displays about 15 indifferent cards and asks a spectator to think of one of the "possible cards" in the packet. When the spectator names the card he has thought of, we see that it is impossible... because when the cards are displayed again, they are all the same, and different from the spectator's card, which he could not have chosen! He then takes a deck out of its case, and mysteriously produces the card that had been freely thought of! An interesting way to use the "Electric Deck" not just as a gag, as we usually do, but as a trick.  

A card freely chosen among eight cards turns out to be the only foreign card in the packet, since it is clearly the only card with a different back!  

Card Technique: You ask the spectator to choose a card, but you force him, without him realizing it, to choose the one you want. This method is simple, but extremely effective; it requires no sleight of hand.  

Gaetan Bloom: " This is also one of my favorite babies, my version of the card caught in the knot of a rope... I started with a complicated mechanism, to eliminate everything and come up with a rather Machiavellian simplicity... and watch out, no forced card, signed, no magnets, and the rope can be given out as a souvenir at the end... a true delight!"  

This trick is a variation of "Chicago Opener" by Frank Garcia. Dominique Duvivier described it in his first book in 1974, and elsewhere on this platform. In this version, the first card is freely thought by the spectator. Success guaranteed!  

Dominique Duvivier invites you to a journey back in time. He explains that he has developed a prototype with small objects (i.e. his deck of cards), and that it is up to others to develop the concept to human size! A card is chosen, and lost in "extreme" laboratory conditions. Despite this, it will "go back in time" twice... This quasi-mystical experience will end with an astounding climax.  

Dai Vernon, “The Professor”, said “We stop thinking too soon!”. This trick is a living illustration of that. The beginning is like the original "Impossible Choice" effect: The spectator shuffles the deck, takes a card, loses it himself in the deck, and immediately shuffles the deck. He performs all of these actions while the magician has his back turned. Despite these extreme laboratory conditions, in this version, not only does the magician guess the chosen card, but in addition, he makes it disappear from the deck, and finds it in a wallet that has been placed on the table for all to see from the beginning! Easy to do.
