Here is a demonstration of one of the tricks in this book. That's right! The demonstration only, because the explanation is waiting for you in this book. You will find a lot of such gems with, of course, all the detailed explanations and lots of pictures. So watch out for its release!  

On the magician's table, it is the fourth dimension and in his hand, the third dimension... When an object is placed in the fourth dimension, it transforms! A strange experience awaits you…  

Like a human quick change artist, a playing card (for example, the 10 of Hearts) changes its identity several times, and in the end multiplies and we now find ourselves with the four tens! This trick was created in 1998.  

One more version of the famous "Cannibals" trick revisited by Dominique Duvivier. Four kings of Spades are transformed into four cannibals more real than life with their multicolored and striking tribal paintings. They will end up devouring each other... and only bones will remain! The magician shows a packet of about 15 cards that he has taken from his deck; the cards are naturally all different. When he ribbon spreads the packet face down, there is one card that has a red back, while the others are blue: it is the 8 of Clubs. The packet is shown face up: there are now only 8s of Clubs! "Augmented reality"... for real! "Virtual" phenomena cross the screen to become real! The deck transforms completely several times, so much so that we no longer know what is real and what is not! But if you look through the wrong end of the spyglass... you are confronted with the "Diminished Reality"... and the deck becomes blank pieces of cardboard again, as it was when it was first made! Success guaranteed!  

This video is the live version of "Elastic Sandwich" already published on Double Fond TV. The deck is shuffled by a spectator. The two red kings are handed out for examination, joined by a rubber band, and set aside. One card is freely chosen, and placed in the center of the deck. The card disappears from the deck and reappears "sandwiched" between the two red kings! Everything is handed out for examination. Did you like "Alladin"? You will love " The Transfigured Aces". The four aces turn over mysteriously all at the same time, then each turns over one by one. Then their backs change color, and when you show the faces again, you end up with four Queens! A hell of a small packet trick!  

Dominique Duvivier's version of David Solomon's trick. The Ace of Spades (the Leader Ace) is set aside on the table. The other Aces, placed one by one into a small packet of four cards, disappear one by one to join the Leader Ace. Then the Aces "really" disappear: they become blank... along with all the other cards in the deck! A succession of flash effects with only 2 cards! Back and face color changes, transformations, duplication... a quick but intense routine with a minimum of props.  

The magician shows two cards: one red backed Ace of Spades, and one blue backed Queen of Hearts. The cards will magically travel and transform, the backs will change color. The magician takes out the four Kings from the deck, which he hands out for examination; he explains that these four cards are magic! Effectively, they turn successively into identical kings: Diamonds, then Hearts and Clubs... and surprise, he now has the four Aces in his hands... which instantly turn back into Kings. Finally, the faces of the cards of the rest of the deck having been shown first clearly different... all become identical! We now only have 4s of Diamonds! The "elders" thought that magic could only be divided into 3 families of effects: appearance, disappearance, transformation. In the last century, Winston Freer revolutionized magic by identifying 17 families. Dominique Duvivier developed the concept and today, his work is based on 30 families! This trick is a magnificent "mix of genres". He presents two decks linked by a golden thread, and from there, he develops a whole routine where he invites a maximum of effects, each one as incredible as the other! A fabulous saga that will leave your audience speechless!  

"More than a routine, it is a real theater play". Set-up your notes, you are going to learn a routine from 20 years of magic (24, but we stopped counting).  

Not for sensitive souls! This routine is considered one of the best ever created. Some playing cards (the "missionaries") disappear one by one when placed between other cards (the "Cannibals"), they are seemingly eaten and digested by the latter. This trick is a real killer... to say the least!  

The "Bloom Touch" version of this classic close-up trick. A card is chosen, torn up by a spectator, who keeps a piece of it. The other pieces are placed in the magician's pocket. A coin is borrowed, signed by another spectator, and placed in the magician's pocket. The magician then takes out of his pocket two wooden plates linked by rubber bands. The spectator removes the rubber bands and between the two plates, the spectator's card is found, which has been restored; but a piece is missing... which corresponds exactly to the one the spectator had kept. The climax is crazy: the spectator feels that there is something inside the card: he tears it up, and in its "entrails" there is... the signed coin! A real miracle. To buy an “Intercessor” click here.
