A card is selected from a blue-backed deck under laboratory conditions. A small pile had been set aside beforehand: there are the four blue-backed Queens, and four red-backed face-down cards: these are "Mystery" cards. The spectator freely chooses one of the Queens, which mysteriously turns face-down in the packet. The "Mystery" cards are spread out: there's now a face-up card: it's the Queen previously chosen by the spectator! And now, the incredible climax: the face-down card among the Queens is turned over: it's now the card previously chosen! And when the other three "Mystery" cards are shown, they form a four of a kind with the chosen card! To buy: - some regular cards click here. - an ordinary deck of cards click here.

This trick is a classic of card magic. It was created by Al Leech in 1950, and popularized by Frank Garcia under the name "Chicago Opener". The magician causes a freely-selected card to change its back color (say from red to blue), which is then tabled. The performer then claims to be able to repeat the effect and a second card is selected. This second attempt fails - no second blue card is found - but the performer makes good by turning over the first blue card and showing that it has now magically changed into the second selection. The magician shows two small packet of four cards; on one side there are four red cards, and on the other side four black cards. He then swaps a single card from each pack into the other: and mysteriously, as oil and water can't mix, all the black cards are together again, along with the red cards! The effect is repeated several times: now two cards are swapped, then three, then four... and each time, the colored cards are reunited! Amazing! To buy some regular cards click here.

A very cute routine to entertain your friends, while fooling them! The spectator chooses a card, and puts it back into the deck. The magician explains that he's going to turn the cards over one by one, and the spectator will have to remain "Poker Face" when he sees his card... but he'll betray himself by having an imperceptible sign on his face; this is indeed how the magician finds the card. He then explains that the spectator can do the same trick himself, even if he has no notion of morphopsychology. The roles are then reversed: the magician becomes a spectator, and vice versa. And indeed, the spectator "guesses" the chosen card, but in a completely unexpected and funny way! This trick allows you to have a special interactive moment with your audience. Active thought is when the spectator thinks about the card he has chosen; when he stops thinking about it, it disappears... and reappears when he thinks about it again! To buy an ordinary deck of cards click here.

A " Tsunami " of madness! Tsunami is a Japanese word that means "tidal wave". It is a trick that will devastate the brains of your audience, whether they are laymen or magicians. The spectator chooses a card, and loses it under extreme laboratory conditions. Despite this, the magician finds the chosen card! But it doesn't stop there! Three cards are now chosen, and instantly, without any question, the magician reveals the names of these three cards! A real killer. To buy an ordinary deck of cards click here.

The "exact" protocol of the "Collector" principle as taught to Dominique by Derek Dingle is scrupulously respected here, namely: - The four Aces are placed face up aside at the beginning of the trick. - Three cards are chosen, and are lost in the deck. - The four Aces are put on top off the deck. - And without shuffling or any other manipulation, the Aces "collect" the chosen cards, i.e. they are found face down in between the four face up aces! Dominique Duvivier brings us a new version of his own! To buy an ordinary deck of cards click here.

A classic piece of card magic. The four Aces are set aside. One card is freely chosen, and lost in the deck. One of the Aces mysteriously turns up face-down among the other face-up cards: it's the Ace of the suit of the chosen card! But when this Ace is turned face up, it has transformed, and it's now the chosen card ! To buy an ordinary deck of cards click here.

An exceptional new handling for the torn and restored card. A freely chosen card is signed, then torn into four pieces. All the pieces are fused together, one by one, in full view, until the card is completely restored. Everything can be handed out for examination, and the card is handed out as a souvenir. The trick is relatively easy to perform, and the restorations seem completely impossible. A true marvel. To buy an ordinary deck of cards click here.

Dominique Duvivier performs one of Eddy Taytelbaum wonders (no explanation). The card box manufactured by Taytelbaum! You can not only transform one card into another, but also make it appear or disappear… or even force it! A real gem!

The Tossed Out Deck is an extremely popular and possibly the best neo-classical plot in mentalism. For Luke Jermay, this trick is one of the best opening routines for a performance. He gives us here his own version of this wonderful effect! Several spectators peek at a card in laboratory conditions… nevertheless, the performer guesses all these cards! A real mystery!

The magician shows a completely shuffled deck of cards. He extracts all the court cards, and shows them two by two: they never match, neither in color nor in value. But at his command, the cards are again shown two by two... and the mates are now reunited (the Jack of Spades with the Jack of Clubs, etc...). The same will happen with the rest of the deck (e.g., the red 7s will be reunited, etc…). A real mystery! To buy an ordinary deck of cards click here.
